YAT will next meet at the Teddington Library, Teddington from 7.30pm on Monday 11th May 2026 where we will be holding an introduction evening for our Summer 2026 production, There's a Dragon in Our Library!

ABOUT THE PRODUCTION
In partnership with Richmond Upon Thames Libraries, we’re absolutely delighted to announce that YAT is leaping back into action this Summer with their brand‑new show: There’s a Dragon in Our Library!

To celebrate the Summer Reading Challenge, we’re diving head‑first into a whirlwind tale where an unsuspecting young reader suddenly finds their favourite book characters tumbling off the page and into real life - including one rather mischievous dragon who definitely wasn’t on the reading list.

Our members will get to dream up BIG, bold, brilliantly bonkers characters, and help create a piece designed to whisk our young audience straight into a land where stories come alive, dragons roam freely, and imagination rules the shelves.

We will always try to involve everyone who wants to take part, and newcomers are more than welcome to join us at any time. Membership of YAT is completely free of charge - All you need to do is turn up and complete a simple membership form. If you know of anyone who may be interested in joining, then please pass on a link and encourage them to get in touch. New members should be aged between 16 and 25, have completed their GCSEs, and be able to attend evening rehearsals regularly in Teddington.
