YAT will next meet at the Peter and Paul Centre, Teddington from 7.30pm on Mon 31st August 2026 where we will be holding an introduction evening for our Autumn 2026 production, Northanger Abbey.

ABOUT THE PRODUCTION
Our Autumn show is coming and we want YOU to be part of our Regency world.

Our next production reimagines Austen's sharpest satire and most vibrant coming of age story. At its heart is Catherine Morland, a spirited young reader whose love of Gothic tales gets her imagination running wild as she navigates the social whirl of Bath and the mysterious old Northanger Abbey.

Expect imagination, romance and A LOT of Gothic drama

EVERYONE IS WELCOME
This is an ensemble piece and we are really excited to build our Regency world together. Whether you are a familiar face, a returning member or completely new to us, we would love you to come along. Just bring your enthusiasm, imagination and willingness to play.

Our ensemble will be an important part of bringing Bath, Northanger Abbey and Austen's wonderfully chaotic social world to life. There will be lots to explore, create and have fun with together. So if you fancy stepping into a world of bonnets, balls, Gothic novels, secrets, scandal and suspiciously creaky abbeys, come along and audition!

We are a friendly, supportive group and all are welcome.

We will always try to involve everyone who wants to take part, and newcomers are more than welcome to join us at any time. Membership of YAT is completely free of charge - All you need to do is turn up and complete a simple membership form. If you know of anyone who may be interested in joining, then please pass on a link and encourage them to get in touch. New members should be aged between 16 and 25, have completed their GCSEs, and be able to attend evening rehearsals regularly in Teddington.
